 Essential Activities a Virtual Assistant (ME!) Can Do for You:

 

  1. Manage your Database of Clients—and if you don’t have one, I can quickly create a powerful one in ACT! 2005 (you own the database, and at any time I can send you all your clients in an exportable file that will work in other programs, such as Excel). This job should be your PRIMARY task to ensure your continued success.

    If you have Top Producer Online 7i, then I can log-on to your account and set up and manage your account that way.

    Finally, another way for me to assist you with creating and/or maintaining a database is for you to subscribe to Go To My PC. This allows me to "enter" your PC from anywhere in the world and do all my work on your computer. The obvious advantage of this is that when I'm finished working, the complete set of files are on your very own machine!
  2. Manage your listings: (the below mentioned MLS applications apply only to agents in the Dallas-Fort Worth market; simply change the name to fit your local MLS)
    1. I can add all 20 items per listing to NTREIS Listings (MarketLinx)

                                                               i.      10 photos (and edit them so they really look good!)

                                                             ii.      5 URLs (Web links)

                                                            iii.      5 documents (such a Word document describing in great detail the many amenities of the property

    1. Edit and enhance listing information on Realtor.Com (if you are a paying member)
    2. Add more photos (more than the first 10) to Rapattoni
    3. Take care of your listings as they appear on PruRealty (both the company’s and your personal page)
  1. Create CMAs and turn them into PDF files (Adobe Acrobat) so that you and your client can see and print them on any computer (I still have access to all NTREIS programs)
  2. Create and email to you all Contracts, Agreements and Addenda created with ZipForm
  3. Develop an Email Campaign for Past Customers, Present Clients and Future Referrals, ensuring you have a “Customer for Life!”
  4. Create Mass Mail outs, whether it is in print form or email.
  5. Become your Graphic Designer for flyers, postcards, brochures, etc. I have Adobe InDesign, MS Publisher, MS Word, Adobe PhotoShop, and the list goes on and on!
  6. Produce "knock-out" PowerPoint presentations that can burned to a CD and given to your clients/prospects.

This is a short list of some of the essentials I can do for you. Of course, I can do so much more—quickly, efficiently and professionally. My 20 years as a Realtor®, and my expertise with computer technology and software, and my knowledge of NTREIS/MLS combine to make my working relationship with you a Win/Win situation for both us.

Another major plus is my advanced degree in English coupled with the fact that I taught college-level English composition courses for fifteen years. This translates that I can write your Marketing copy for you!

Fees/Rates

As is everything in real estate, my fees are negotiable! I’m happy to reach an agreement on working for you by the hour per project or a set fee for the project. Regardless which we agree to do, I think you’ll be delightfully surprised how affordable I am. Why? Because I already know how to accomplish the above tasks in a short amount of time!
